I enjoy because it is KAL Nutritional Yeast is non-GMO and naturally low in fat and sodium and it does not have a bitter aftertaste and is Candida Albicans free. It containing a full spectrum of essential amino acids and a balanced variety of B Vitamins. I like it because it has a nutty taste and I can mix it with a variety of foods and love to sprinkle it on popcorn.
