These work well for anxiety or waking up in the night with an overactive mind. The 250 mg capsules are small and allow for flexible dosing.

I have triedf different brand of GABA. It seems this one works best. i gave it to my ASD kid, it produces for calming effect compared to other brands. I wish Iherb caryy 500 mg version. It would be more economical!
