Minerals are difficult to find in the food supply and this salt will not increase your blood pressure. Only regular (purified) table salt does that.

This is the first time I have used the himalyan pink salt. There definitely is a diffence in this product from regular white table salt. It seems to be "saltier" than salt as we know it so less can be used. I will continue to use this product.
