I don't sweat very much to begin with, so I will rarely put on deodorant or body spray. This is a nice mix of both. I spray a bit under my hair, my armpits, and on my wrists and I feel fresh throughout the day. Recommended if you are not a big perfume/body spray/ or deodorant user and you are just looking for something light.
