it shows that if taken properly ..before meals it controls the sugar peaks rather effectively .it decreases to me the sugar levels by 20 points aprox.

Great for Blood Sugar Control

I take this before a big meal and it prevents big blood sugar spikes. It can be used with green coffee berry extract for the best effect.
