This is the best B complex I have ever found, and I have retried a great many over the years. It is the only one I have found that is really balanced well and includes significant amounts of each B vitamin without being too much.

Wonderful - High amounts of the anti-stress components of the B group: B5/pantothenic is very high, and choline, inositol and PABA are just right - If a b-complex is stimulating, then it is not working properly. B complex is not a substitute for caffeine! If you want stimulation, try acetylcarnitine. I love this b-complex. It's the best product I've found.
