I started taking this product for the d-limonene in it, as I heard this was supposed to help prevent breast cancer. It is a huge plus that it also has CoQ10, because I need that for my heart. It is kind of expensive, but I feel I'm getting 2 supplements for 1, so that helps justify the price.

CoQ10 molecule needs to team with carrier

I look for a CoQ10 that has a lipid molecule carrier or comparable form of carrier to help it assimilate into the body. I take only the ubiquinol, not ubiqinone. It should be on everyone's list, especially those with heart conditions.

Life Extension has superior product quality and absorbability. My husband takes this for his cardiovascular health, primarily due to high cholesterol.
