great multi vitamin, especially for the price, but it tastes awful it has that strong brewery/dog food smell and tastes the same way, but if you take with food immediately after it quickly disappears

I'm already finishing one bottle and I can't see any improvement of my health status. My energy fatigue, depression still with me. Didnt protect my immune system from infection while I was taking this meds. So I wont buy this again. p.s. after swallowing first tablet my urine became greenish and yellowish and with smell as this tablets smeel-that's quite fun, but's not a problem for me. Выжрал уже одну банку-никакого эффекта. Как было общее состояние здоровья-удовлетворительное, так и осталось. Пока принимал, подхватил отит на ровном месте. Так что брать больше не буду. п.с. после первого же применения, моча стала зеленовато-жёлтая, с лёгким флюорисцированием, пахнет также, как пахнут эти таблетки. Вот, собственно, и весь эффект ))) может остальные шибко скрытые )))

These vitamins have everything I am looking for in a good multi. I use to take 6 to get what I get in these 2 pills. So much nicer to remember just one in the morning and one at lunch.
