Life Flo Pregnenolone Creme has done the trick in keeping hot flashes away. Whenever I have stopped using it for a couple of weeks, they gradually return. When I use it faithfully the hot flashes are non-existent! A recent hormone test (saliva & urine) showed good levels of the major hormones which is supported by using this product! Life Flo makes the only transdermal cream application of pregnenalone that i know of. I've been ordering this product for a while now, and like the fact that i can use far less pregnenalone mg. wise, and get better, faster results than with tablets or capsules.

This is such a great product. Wonderful for Adrenal fatigue and energy. I feel much more balanced using this. Definitely notice a difference.

I have pronounced SAD and just started using this product. This is giving my brain the nice gentle nudge forward I need to move forward at the end of the winter. I control the dosage so if I feel the need, I can use a little extra of the cream, instead of taking another whole dose of something more powerful than my body can handle.
