This is a generous sample with 4 packets of reduced sodium salt. It allowed me to trial over 6+ meals! Highly recommended for those with high blood pressure as did not compromise the taste/flavor of my meals without adding real salt. Try it, you may love it! If you are looking for salt that has...well..less salt. Give this a go. I´m sure you have other free samples you want to pick up, but when you are running out of options, this is pretty good. :)
