I noticed a slight jump in energy, besides that no noticeable side effect or benefits. Im hoping it does keep my body cleaner.

mine is probably expired now, that's how long it lasts... has sort of a lemony taste to it that means i should probably buy a new bottle. seemed really great when i first got it, then i sort of forgot about it. will purchase again. good for hangovers and pre-drinking! (don't forget the milk thistle)

Hard to tell...

I am taking this more out of belief that it is good than a distinct knowledge that it works for me. Taking in conjunction with other supplements to boost their effectiveness, but I often forget to take it. Probably would be best to use the method where you add the specified amount to a days worth of drinking water and make sure you drink it all by the end of the day.
