    확실히 자스민보단 맛이 거치네요

    그래도 당량이 적다고 해서 바스마티로 한 번 사봤는데 겉이 좀 거칠고 잘 안익어서; 리조또 하기엔 부적합하네요. 아직 밥솥엔 안해봤어요.

    I mix this with black wild rice in my rice cooker and it comes out great! Goes great with chili or curry and stands well on its own. Just wish I could order a larger bag!

    More chewy than ordinary rice

    I love the California Brown Basmati Rice. It is much harder than the usual white rice but incredibly chewy and with a wonderful aroma. It also takes much longer to cook in the rice cooker than white rice, however seeing that health is my main priority I don't mind. I find white rice too light whereas this rice is also far more filling.

    This is the best rice and the only rice I buy. Rice tip: Always soak your rice as long as possible before cooking. I try to soak it at least 8 hrs.
