I JUST STARTED MY SECOND BOTTLE AND WITH ALL THE OTHER ONES I TAKE I AM NOT SURE YET BUT I AM FEELING MUCH BETTER THAN I WAS BEFORE. IF I WAS ONLY TAKING ONE AND NOT A COMBINATION IT WOULD BE EASIER TO TELL WHICH WAS WORKING FOR ME.
