Cool color, strange taste

This cacao with beet powder and hibiscus extract have cool red-vilet-chocolate color, so if you will use for diet baking or candy you will have very interesting color result. But taste for me is very sour, had to add double portion of stevia powder.

The best instant cocoa I've ever had. I didn't find it so bitter that I needed sweetener, even though I don't normally care for bitter chocolate. I highly recommend this product, however it is expensive, and the packaging makes it inconvenient to bring around.
