This boosts the berry in my smoothies and adds so much nutrition in such a simple form. I love this stuff! Wholesome tasting and feels good. I buy it repeatedly being a whole food and happy using a whole food supplement.I'm using it with a combination of other whole food supplements and experiencing improved health. This product tastes good, although I have a hard time mixing it - sp O just usually blend it in with other things. I wish I could tell you more about what amazing health benefits I see it having in my life, but I haven't really been able to tell yet.

Very good! Could use some more in the can since it only filled half of it. Or use a smaller plastic jar or something in that nature! ECO!!!

This turns out to be a 45-day supply, a nice surprise. I can't tell if it's doing anything good--just like the blend. The company is very responsive with product information if you write them with a question.
