Seems as good as the best out there. It's a great product! Since my first order here, i only took this Omega3 pils and it makes wanders.My immunity system is now fortified My mom is a diabetic and i bought for her two bottles more. A new study by Ohio State University researchers (published online in the journal Brain, Behavior, and Immunity) found that omega-3 supplements boosted preservation of tiny DNA segments called telomeres. They shorten over time in many types of cells as a consequence of aging. Stopping this shortening of telomeres has long been thought to be a key to halting the aging process or at least slowing it down.

This fish oil is rich in omega-3 fats, which help keep your cell membranes healthy, helping to keep out toxins and waste while allowing nutrients in. A healthy cell membrane also helps maintain moisture, which leads to plumper, more youthful looking skin. This is a fat that actually helps you burn fat.
