Pretty Darn Good

At first, it was a little too grassy tasting, but it grew on me. I put it on crackers at lunch for a daily omega-3 dose. I wish it were a little thicker as well, but overall highly recommended.
Hemp Seed Butter

At this price (even with my Iherb discount), this product is a bit of a luxury, you can't just generously slather it onto a cracker or a piece of toast as you would peanut or almond butter. Still, I love how it tastes, and, if I use it very sparingly, the jar might last two to three weeks. It is very dense. When you first open the jar, a layer of hemp oil coats the top, so you should stir it in. I love this spread on whole grain toast with a touch of honey. This should be healthier than the nut oils, right? I also have hemp protein powder every morning, and often sprinkle hemp seeds on my salads or into my yogurt.

A great substitute for peanut and other nut butters. If the nutritional content is any indication, probably about as healthy as you can get. Had a couple with lid sealing issues, but that may be fixed.

i'm trying to find healthier alternatives to things like peanut butter. i think this is one, but it has a truly strong flavor! i think i may use it more in smoothies than on crackers...i like my omega 3s & plant proteins, but i think i'll stick to the other ways of getting both. not likely to re-purchase. i much prefer whole hemp seeds....
