This stuff is pretty awesome. I'm not sure you get any actual meaningful magnesium absorption unless you use it in huge areas, but what it does to the skin is amazing. Seems to help both zits and dry skin (including skin made extremely dry by the winter). It actually seems to help skin retain moisture longer than any of the lotions I have, and I have some very good ones with shea butter etc. I've even used it on my face, even though the bottle tells you not to. It stings a bit, yeah, but makes the skin look really good.

When I got this I was so disappointed: I thought it was for wrinkle prevention/reversal. But it says: Do not use on face. I searched what to do with it: it's for pain. I have spent a few hours with my neck crooked (spine misaligned working on my laptop) and I had really bad pain. One drop of this in 2 different spots and the pain is gone on contact. Yes, instantly! It's magic! :) The feel is oily and then it leaves my fingers very dry (but not my neck or back). Also the name of the company is White Egret, not Marine Bio. If you're looking for the full size, it's listed under candles, not sure why but hope this helps.

Perfect size for traveling. Much better than lugging a full size bottle around with you.

I carry one of these around in my bag, it is useful to use if my hands feel sore and stiff, and also helps with palpitations or arrythmia. Pity it's discontinued as it is a good product.
