With so many allergies this is a wonderful meal replacement and a great way to manage my insulin resistance. Added bonus it tastes AMAZING!!!

Purchased at iHerb

When I add the mix to water, it stays lumpy no matter how well I stir. The flavor is actually good, but I can't stand to drink it just because of the chunks in it!
