Not very nice consistancy.. but natural in flavour so it can be added to ehatever kind of food.

Probably stick to rice

I used this to make nori hand rolls. It's not bad....but not good either. I'll just stick to brown rice next time.

I had to try this, because I love rice. But this did not taste like rice, and had no consistency of rice. I'm not going to buy this product again.
