I am actually shocked at how much of a difference I have seen in just three weeks. The first day, I tried it I herniated a disc in my back. (Unrelated) So I have only been swimming for the last three weeks and not lifting at all. Even so, the change is huge. The fact that they recommend you cycle off of it every 5 weeks makes me wonder if it is bad for me though.
