1.5 kausiņa 30 min pirms treniņa un es trenējos 1h bez atputas ar smagumiem=) Pēc tam vēl 1.5h treniņš peldbaseinā. Darbojas lieliski. Tikai baigi slāps un jādzer daudz ūdens.

Nice pumps, energy, focus but only at 3 scoops when you get a real serving of each ingredient so it is basically 15 servings for 16 bucks, Will buy it again only if it still at $16 bucks.
