As someone with IBD, I've noticed improvement with my symptoms like cramping. I take it on an empty stomach at bedtime. There are no "magic bullets" out there, but this one seems to help. I highly recommend it!

I've tried them all including Dr. Ohira's and this is the only one that I notice an immediate difference with. I will continue to buy this product. This was my second order fyi.

I suffer from Irritable Bowel with diarrhea. I started using Natren Healthy Start about 6 years ago. It has helped greatly. I can tell a difference if I don't take it. I have tried numerous times to find a cheaper replacement but I always come right back to this one.

These are the best probiotics I have ever used and keep coming back to them. Probiotics need to be kept cold in order for the organisms to remain alive, a very important part of them working. Natren has a strict policy about that and so I know that I am getting the best from them.
