Excellent for diabetics and reduces sugar fast. Cut tabs in half or quarters if required. Seems to interact with chromium GTF so maybe take separate from chromium GTF.

Biotin is a water soluble, essential B vitamin typically found in liver, egg yolk, cereals, legumes and nuts. It is an essential nutrient for healthy hair, skin and nails. I bought it because I have very thin hair by nature and thought this supplement would help me to make it thicker. After 80 days of daily taking 1 tablet of this biotin I didn't see much improvement in the state of my hair. I started thinking maybe my hair is thin not because of the lack of biotin and I should try something different. Nonetheless I bought the second bottle of this biotin and Avalon Organics Thickening Shampoo. I started taking 2 tablets per day instead of 1 and washed my hair with this shampoo. After 6 weeks I noticed that my hair got thicker and stronger. My hair also grows faster. It didn't make my hair extremely thick because my hair is very thin by nature but it still made it thicker and fuller. It means that this supplement really works but some people need higher dose in order to feel the effect. But for most of the people the regular dose is enough to help their hair to be stronger. If you want to take higher dose you should better consult a physician because there was a case when some woman got into emergency room after taking 10,000 mcg of biotin for 60 days. This is also the most affordable biotin compared to prices and dosage at other brands. Хорошая вещь для волос! Уже после 6 недель я заметил, что мои волосы стали толще и сильнее + они начали расти быстрей!

It is good for Skin,Hair and Nails, as long as Taken for at least 6 Months. This specific Brand offers a Daily Value Higher than Most other Brands,10 000 mcg, I think it is a positive idea and a good Thing.
