Ive taken other fish oils, but nothing compares to this one. I notice a definite difference in my ability to concentrate and focus while taking this DHA! I just wish they offered a bigger bottle, taking this 2-3 times a day per doctors order only lasts 10-15 days! And i also like they use lemon oil since i have to chew these, doesnt taste so bad or repeat. Highly recommend.

Seems to be good effect, hard to discern it directly from the DHA

High levels of DHA are not for everyone

This is a high dose of DHA relative to EPA which is not meant for every person. When I switched to using this, it was not beneficial for my depression. No fish burps with this one. I do much better on a blend of EPA and DHA like Life Extension's Super Omega 3.
