Great way of taking Melatonin

I prefer Melatonin as a sleep aide, and in this melt-in-your-mouth form it works even faster. Great product!

Love the fast dissolve. Love the flavor. If you don't want to drink fluids before bed to avoid waking up to go to the bathroom, try this.
