This product is amazing , I originally perchased it for my son who has trouble sleeping due to his ADHA medication , my whole family has used it and we all agree that it does exactly what its meant to do , we have never slept better and have had no side effects..

Great Product - It works

I was quite skeptical that it would work, even after a friend recommended it, mainly because it's so cheap compared to prescriptions for sleep. But it does what the label claims to do and more. I rest all night and don't feel drowsey the next day! I'll continue this using this one for a long time to come.

It took about a week for it to start working. I have fibromyalgia & my sleep has been getting progressively worse. Now I can get to sleep most nights & I am waking up only once a night instead 2 or more times. The only problem is that the tablet will not break in half, it crumbles.
