These seem to have done the trick!! Before taking these my digestion was in a pretty bad way. Since starting them about 2 weeks ago, my stomach is working nicely and im a happy camper again!

Not really sure if it's working

I started taking this with my cousin. He said it started working immediately for him (not having diarrhea in the mornings). But I can't really seem to notice a difference. I started taking the biobeads when I went on a trip. Maybe that had some effect, I'm not sure. I hope it works for me soon~ it has been 15 days since I started.

I like the fact that they don't have to be refrigerated and they're easy to pop in the mouth. What I would like to see about probiotics, in general, is a study of which products implant the best.
