protein energy no gluten

tastes good, effective with the right mix - we use fruits, like bananas, rasberries, mango & add ice with coconut milk or omega 3 milk - our other recipe is adding cocoa and making it chocolatey -- did not get bloaty from it (that's primary concern for me) - I use it for energy and endurance instead of eating something...they could strengthen the energy factor
