Various adaptogens and d pantothenic acid helps the adrenal glands. I am less stressed out and I am less tired since taking this b vitamin.

I say this because they are clean capsules with no bad powdery after taste I take it in conjunction with my cortisol acetate to help my adrenal fatigue.
