This product does not seem to work very well for me. It does add fiber to the diet which is a plus. It is said to keep insulin levels steady. My appetite is pretty much the same. No weight lost after 2 weeks but I'll keep taking it to see what happens. 3 to 4 capsules before each meal with no adverse side effects.

I have not measured my blood sugar, but this product does not seem to affect my hunger or willingness to snack.
