I find this very tasty,love the chocolate taste and it does help lower my sweet cravings...I use it with cold milk and it mixes very well,eat a healthy breakfast,this serves as lunch...Will order a bigger one because I love it!This is only day 2 so I'm not able to speak on the weight loss..but I got a good feeling about this one:)
