The product definitely helps me to relax and get to sleep, but I switched from two tablets to one after finding that they also trigger numerous vivid dreams - for me, at least. (I'm fine with dreaming, but the usual number per night are fine.) I also notice some mild stomach discomfort with these, but I do have a sensitive tummy.

I bought this for my husband because I was concerned about his long time use of over-the-counter sleeping pills, which as of lately wouldn't help him with his insomnia. I tried them myself too just to see how they worked and they do really work.At first, both of us considered those big pills a bit overwhelming to chew, and maybe a bit too sweet, but then you soon get used to them and they are not umpleasant at all. They give you a calm feeling which gently leads you to sleep, they do not knock you out all of a sudden, so perhaps some people may get a bit impatient. The best thing is that your pattern of sleep improves on and on as days go by. My husband is now sleeping for the whole night but for one visit to the loo, after which he will soon go to sleep again. i occasionally have just one if I wake up too early and get restless. We are both pleased with those.

We have used these Tranquil Sleep tablets for over a year. They do enhance our ability to sleep better at night. Their is no drowsy effect in the morning, and we've built up no resistance to it.

I have had isomnia for years. I take prescription meds to make me sleep. When the moon is in the second quarter even the prescription meds don't help. I chew one of these and the next thing I know, it is morning.

Tasty and they seem to work. Wake up refreshed and not groggy.
