We take this after we take our normal 1000mg Vit. C to ensure a steady supply of it in the body. Like the fact that it's timed release and it's Ascorbic Acid with the addition of rutin, rosehips, hesperidin to enhance the power of the C vitamin. Would love it more if the company could make it in smaller tablets.

It is difficult to evaluate the effect; I think such huge amount of vit. C is not necesary; taste is not very taking (acid).

I find it good. When I was down with flu I took 1 in the morning and 1 at night. Helped chased my flu away.
