I read a book on aging in which the study group took Fo Ti, both 7-Keto and regular DHEA, and Goji/Wolfberry as anabolic stimulants to encourage cellular repair and replication. I had been taking Goji Berry capsules, and switched from Goji Berry extract to 1/2 ounce of this juice before bed. At first I noticed my energy had gone through the roof. Three months later, my blood pressure has gone from 130/80 to 101/66, and that was not a goal.
