I use a combination of Marshmallow Root, Chamomile, Ginger and Meadowsweet tinctures when I have lower tract discomfort. Works every time.

I use this extract for optimum health for my mouth, and throat, i find this to be one of the best products on the market and recommend this to all my friends.
