My DD has been on a low dos eof this for two weeks now. Haven't seem any mayor diffrence, but i stoo early to tell. I would recomend this form of selenium over the other ones. I tried the other form and she got tummy aches and smelly stools

Selenium is repeatedly suggested as one of the supplements for both acne and wrinkles so I'm taking it for these reasons and it seems to be helping (along with krill oil, vitamin D, and zinc) as several people have mentioned my face's "glow". Just be sure to not take over 200mcg in a day. Please feel free to go to my name to find out how to get a deal on this essential mineral!
