Works for me!

Being a woman of a 'certain age', I did not want to take hormone replacement therapy. The combination of Black Cohosh and Red Clover has really worked to keep menopausal symptoms under control. For the first several weeks, I took two tablets twice daily, now just one tablet keeps things under control. And, I trust Nature's Bounty brand quality.

Did not work for me - Caused severe headaches, and generally did not agree with me. So after a couple of tries, I just stopped it.
