Used for constipation issues

My intention was to utilize this supplement for adrenal issued and at the same time,to revitalize my complexion. As is generally known,adrenal issues always result in a down-regulation or severely low- functioning bodily processes. The whole body seems to almost shut down, therefore there are chronic on-going multiple problems. Well, I discovered that I could almost immediately rectify long-standing constipation issues with just a doubling of the recommended dose. In order to avoid becoming 'immune' to it, I save it for every couple or third days so I never got to notice a complexion-change!
