Good, would recommend combining with a higher strength K2 to make sure the calcium is getting where it needs to go (use menatetranone 1mg+). Note that dosage is 4 per day and for max absorption it's best to spread out throughout the day, this might be a little cumbersome for some people.

This product made a difference with my joint pain due to Arthritis. I have stopped using the newest joint formulas that seem to be on the shelf every two weeks or so. Steve Stowe

This is probably the most complete calcium product on the market except I had to stop taking them because the tablets were just too big. If they would make them smaller I'd go back but then you'd probably have to take 5 a day instead of 4.
