I love it!

I have used this product a lot and I really enjoy it. I mix it in my blender with some whey powder and stevia and of course water. Anyhow, it helps a little if you add a banana to make it blend better, but I highly recommend it as a product.

Seems to work. Coarser, I think, than the psyillium I once took before. Very mild effect, which is what I wanted. Not a lot of servings in this one.

Does the job ... but it is a little bitter, so I add some grape juice to it, if I'm taking it alone ... or I put it in my morning protein shake, just to get that extra bit of fiber (but when I do this, I add a lot of cinnamon to cover up the bitter flavor).

This product doesn't mix well with liquid. I am disappointed. Will try a different brand next time.
