my husband wouldn't take any multi vitamin, because they hurt his stomach. I bought him Alive, no iron and he takes it every day, hurrah! and has no pain or any other discomfort.

I like this vitamin because it's ingredients are items that I would normally eat and not be afraid to put in my body. They managed to put it all in a pill which is really great. My immune system has been improving in general, since I switched to using only Nature's Way supplements over a year ago.

I have used Alive for years and love the fact that it is a food supplement and that is is in Vcaps. I'm glad I can order it online and the service is excellent with iHerb.
