Being a menopausal women I had to deal with erratic sleep patterns. Ashwagandha has helped to stabilize my sleep. I fall asleep right away. I still wake up at night but I am able to fall back asleep easily. Previously, I would lay awake 2 or 3 hours before falling back asleep.

It Seems to cause acidity for me. May work others.

For some reason NW's ashwagandha is more sustaining for me than other brands available here at iherb. I handle day to day stress much better when taking two or three caps in the morning, and one or two around noon. Over time it can potentiate the libido. I alternate with NW's Schizandra, or combine them in smaller amounts. More calm energy, less emotional tension, increased joint mobility.

I have suffered from the feeling of listlessness and the bad night's sleep, but I noticed I felt better just after I finished 2 bottles.
