Purchased at iHerb

This is the only multi that doesn't make me feel like crap after I take it yet I can feel it work. It could use a little more cal and mag though and maybe a little iodine to prevent hypothyroidism after taking such high doses of the other vits. I wish this came in veggie caps.

I started using these because of the high B content when taking 2 as recommended. It has all the minerals I need,as well as some additional goodies. I really feel great since I started taking these about 7 or 8 months ago. I buy at least 2 bottles at a time and it lasts about 3 months or more.

I just take one of these every day with lunch. Easy to swallow and no stomach upset. Highly recommended.
