Good product if low in estrogen but using a good thyroid supplement worked better for me.

Helpful but not perfect

This is the second product I have tried to reduce hot flashes. As with the other product, there is my hot flashes are fewer and less instense but still occur several times a day.

This soy product doesn't seem to work for me. Black cohosh tends to give me headaches. However, this product offers at least some relief so will finish the bottle.
