It might have a slight, subtle effect because I'm getting up less frequently at night. By the way, I read that it's important to cycle this herb - take it for four weeks and then go off it for two weeks.

Gotu Cola was recommended for this condition. Delivery, packaging etc all very satisfactory but cannot tell, at this stage, how good a job it will do!
