Kinda works

I found these helped me with more energy if I took them in the morning, but it didn't last all day. I wonder however if this is due to my overall health being pretty bad at present and if they may have more effect on a more healthy sprightly person. Cheap enough though, so I will keep trying them I think. Good service as usual.

Good results, not great

I am using it to help with some hormones changes resulting in more anxious feelings. I was looking for safe, non-hormone alternative. I have been taking it for about 3 weeks, 4-6 caps a day. I can say it has made me less anxious but I am thinking of increasing to 6-8 day to see if it helps more.
