Previously I have used other rhodiola products. This product seems to lack strength, probably due to low amounts of effective ingredients. Not going to buy again.

This brand is kinda hit or miss for me sometimes. I went though an entire bottle of this Rhodiola and didn't notice it doing much. I decided to switch brands and went with the Eclectic Institute's Rhodiola. Its way better - and costs only about $3 more than the Nature's Way version.

This product may be good but I did not order the 500mg. Before I had order another brand with 500mg and it did give my brain a boost. I cannot double this dose becasue of the iron in it. So will finish it out and order another product without the iron. Also with the iron in it my appetite had increased. Don't really need that. I don't think the 250mg is enough because I never did feel any brain boost or energy.
