I USE THESE LOZENGES REGULARLY DURING THE WINTER WHEN I'M PRONE TO UPPER REPIRATORY PROBLEMS.
Slight nausea, containe fructose (not good) but overall good to boost immune system

Don't bite into these, let them dissolve in your mouth. They work well to boost my immune system when I feel I may be low in zinc or when travelling (particularly flying). However: - they make me slightly nauseous at times - I dislike the fructose in them. Nature's Way, please remove the fructose!!!

I feel I only need half of one tab to bolster my immunity. Strong stuff.

The product is good, but I don't like the taste.

These lozenges taste great and I believe have been helping me fight off colds. I usually catch a cold when the weather suddenly changes but lately I've been taking zinc lozenges when my throat starts to hurt and I haven't had a nasty cold. My only concern however is that the zinc content is quite high. Since I take a multiple-vitamin that contains zinc, I only take half a lozenge at a time since I don't want too much zinc.

Great sink lozenges with vitamin C, and Echinacea purpurea. We been using this during cold/flu seasons, and it relieves cough and other symptoms fairly fast. We are going to order more of Nature’s Way, Zinc Lozenges, before these ran out. Sink is pretty much the cheapest form, but we’ve been happy so far. Excellent for flu seasons.
Good Zinc Lozenges
