I'm sorry to say it, but this mesquite pod meal is aweful. I have used ALOT of mesquite pod, and I have absolutely loved it! But this has something of a 'burnt' flavor that is hard to explain, and it takes away from what it naturally tastes like! Not sure if it's a different strain of mesquite, but if you get good, raw mesquite pod meal it's ALOT better!
